Opel Launches Customer Appreciation Program in August

To thank its customers for their ardent support, Opel will kick off in August a customer appreciation program with the theme of "Ongoing Expo, Everlasting Care." From August 1 to August 31, all designated Opel aftersales service centers across China will launch a variety of activities, allowing Opel customers to truly feel Opel's service motto of "Devoted to Cars and Caring for People."

GM China's aftersales department will arrange one-day trips to Shanghai's Expo Park for Opel customers. A series of customer appreciation activities outside Shanghai will also be carried out. After achieving great results in the 2009 National Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), designated Opel aftersales service centersacross China again achieved great scores in the 2010 second quarter CSI.
