Taiwanese pop star, Jolin Tsai, was given a new role today, working as the director of the Taiwan Pavilion for one day.
The well known woman singer was greeting guests to the pavilion, singing the pavilion's theme song with her staff, and most importantly of all, promoting tourism for Taiwan.
The Taiwan Pavilion showed a combination of nature and urban life. It presented the island's varied landscapes and charms, she said.
Tsai also set off hot-air lanterns of prayer, a folk custom in Taiwan to the cheers of visitors in the pavilion.
