A photo exhibition that portrays the changing faces of Poland opened at the Poland Pavilion yesterday. The photos taken by Piotr Sikora and Piotr Bondarczyk show people of different ethnic backgrounds in a country that has changed from a once homogeneous nation into a multicultural society.

The show, called "Borders," serves as a window for cultural exchanges between Poland and China, said Slawomir Majman, Poland's commissioner general for Expo 2010.
